Experiential Workshop: Introduction to IFS Therapy
This in-person, experiential workshop offers an initial introduction to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. The primary objective is to familiarize participants with the model's philosophy and to facilitate an experiential understanding of the inner constellation of parts that shape our daily experience and behavior. Within a secure and structured framework, participants will have the opportunity to explore their internal system through targeted self-observation exercises, meditations, recorded sessions, and a live clinical demonstration. This workshop is specifically designed for those seeking an experiential taste of the model prior to committing to a more extensive training program.
Target Audience: Licensed psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists with formal training in a psychotherapeutic approach and psychotherapy trainees.

3 Day Seminar: Introduction to IFS-Informed Clinical Practice
This three-day clinical and experiential program offers a comprehensive introduction to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and experiential immersion, participating therapists will have the opportunity to assimilate the model's foundations, experience and witness its practical application, and acquire the fundamental skills and guidance necessary for the immediate and safe integration of IFS into their therapeutic practice.
The program is designed for professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of IFS and begin utilizing the model before pursuing formal Level 1 Training.
The program is delivered by Certified IFS therapists who bring years of clinical experience in the model and a specialized focus in managing complex cases.
Target Audience: Licensed psychologists, social workers and psychiatrists with formal training in a psychotherapeutic approach. Applications from trainee psychotherapists are also welcomed and will be reviewed on an individual basis.
